Pregnant Mother Of 5 Shot Dead While Driving On The Expressway

Jasmine Curry who happened to be a pregnant mother of five children, was gunned down on the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago, IL.

Jasmine Curry was shot in her head during her commute. This is a very sad situation because Jasmine Curry just buried her 17-year-old brother, less than a year ago who was also killed due to Chicago’s uncontrollable gun violence.

Jasmine was accompanied by a female and male passenger in her vehicle. The female who was riding with Jasmine was left uninjured. The woman told authorities that the male passenger escaped the tragedy, as soon as Jasmine Curry was executed.

Jasmine’s father, Pierre Curry, has spoken out about this terrible situation and he has a feeling her brother’s murder played a connection to her fate.

Her father stated: “I buried my last-born last year and now I’ve got to bury my firstborn this year. I think she was a target because of her little brother. I really think — my heart, my gut — it was some gang-banging crap. I just know it.”

Her friends do not believe Jasmine Curry was the intended target, which makes sense to me because she wasn’t the one who fled the scene running.

“It’s disgusting, it’s sad, and all I keep thinking about is her babies,” said Liz McElroy, a friend of Jasmine’s.

“I don’t know what happened, all I know is I need the police to get that person who did that to her,” Mardis said.

The person who committed this crime has not been caught, and might get away because solving black on black crime doesn’t seem to be the enforcement’s priority.

This story breaks my heart because now five children will be left motherless because of someone else’s disregard for human life. Hopefully her baby daddy’s will step up and take some responsibility for their children now that the mother is gone.

Since her death, over 1,217 people have been shot in Chicago, IL this year alone.

The ignorant, uneducated, and heartless gangsters in Chicago need to realize that they’re really hurting themselves. The Ku Klux Klan probably celebrate every time a senseless killing like this occurs. Blacks keep murdering each other over the most petty reasons and the streets will forever belong to the white man.

They’re killing up blacks for property owned by the white man. The youth is being affected by violence, which means there won’t be much hope for future generations. Malcolm X and Martin Luther King are probably rolling around in their graves. Who taught the black community how to hate themselves
