Actress Sugar Asoegwu Gives Nollywood Break for Masters Program in UK

Sultry Nollywood actress Sugar Chika Asoegwu is taking one year break from Nollywood to study for her Masters Degree in United Kingdom. According to Sugar, her parents are academicians and have paid for her tuition and other fees. “My departure date is the September 16, 2014. My dad is a Professor lecturing at Federal University Technology Owerri, (FUTO), while my mother is a PHD holder lecturing at Imo State University, (IMSU), and my elder brother is currently studying for his PHD while my younger brother is a Barrister at Law. So they want me to go back to school,” she stated.

 

Sugar, who got her first degree is from Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) in Agric Economics, disclosed that the University he will be studying at is ranked as one of the first 10 best Universities in the world for her course of study which is Masters in Project Management.
