Lil Wayne Admits That He Has Contracted HIV/AIDS And He Tested Positive. The US base Hip Hop Rapper Lil Wayne accepted and shared on his official twitter handle that he tested positive for HIV/AIDS.

It was a shock to many especially his fans around the world when they saw this, But Lil Wayne on his side said that he has accepted the outcome and he is ready to live with it and that he is not going to spread the deadly disease.
