Photos: Liberia forced to converts SUV’s to ambulances to transport Ebola patients


Due to shortage of cars to transport Ebola patients to  Ebola treatment centres, Liberian government has been forced to convert SUV’s into ambulances. The wonders on wheels were taken to local workshops where they were modified with a patient bed made to fit into the back of it while Red Cross stickers were fixed on them.

The cars were donated by the World Health Organisation…) Liberia which is one of the worst hit Ebola countries is currently in shortage of procuring ambulances within the country. More pics after cut…
