According to reports, her photos appeared on The Fappening report and were then spread via Twitter and other social media sites, and it is unclear at this point if the photos are actually of her.
Gabrielle Union has yet to comment on the matter.

In addition to Gabrielle Union, Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Kim Kardashian, and even more celebs like Aubrey Plaza, Vaness Hudgens, Hayden Panettiere, Victoria Justice, Jennifer Lopez, and Leelee Sobieski, are included in the victims of the hacking scandal this time around.
Singer Jill Scott is one of many who has been targeted by hackers and found a few of their private photos making the rounds online. Not surprisingly, she’s quite upset about the situation.
Though Jill Scott has admitted that at least one of photos featuring her in a robe is real, she says the other images making the rounds on social media are fake.
The FBI has said it is "addressing" allegations of hacking after several naked photos of female celebrities were leaked online. Jennifer Lawrence, and Kate Upton, have released statements threatening legal action against the hackers in what marks one the biggest celebrity privacy breaches in history.
Apple has already confirmed that some celebrities' iCloud accounts were broken into, but says it has found no evidence that this was caused by a breach of its security systems. Instead, the firm suggests perpetrators carried out their thefts by figuring out victims' log-in credentials.
