Jonathan Convenes Emergency Meeting Over Ebola

President Goodluck Jonathan has convened another emergency meeting of the National Council of Health over the Ebola Virus Disease, barely two weeks after the last one was held. The meeting will be holding on Monday Sept 1 in Abuja.



The emergency National Council of Health meeting would review the situation, preparedness by states and ascertain their compliance with the recommendation of the last meeting.

The NCH comprises the minister of health, all state commissioners of health, including the FCT. Except in an emergency, the council meets once in a year
