Military reopens Maiduguri Int'l airport, first flight to land Friday

The Nigerian military today reopened the Maiduguri International Airport. Borno State Deputy Governor, Zanna Umar Mustapha who disclosed this today says he received a letter from the Chief of Air Staff directing the management of the airport to reopen the airport. The airport was shut down months ago for security reasons.
